Refund and Returns Policy

At SupremeSure, we are committed to providing high-quality vacuum cleaners and geysers. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 of the purchase date.
  • To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Clearance items or items marked as “final sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@supremesurei.n with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items that are:

  • Returned more than 7 after delivery.
  • Not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.

3. Exchanges

SupremeSure only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@supremesure.in.
